Our question of the week is intended to encourage personal reflection. Being able to consider our experience from a variety of viewpoints helps uncover and highlight areas of enhanced confidence as well as opportunities for growth.

You will be asked some non-identifying questions before you anonymously answer the question of the day in order to protect and increase our data set.

Survey answers may be shared with researchers or quoted on our website to continue refining the definition of resilience as it applies to the widowed population.
