Thank you for being a part of a support team for someone who is widowed. Our research shows that access to hope is one of the key indicators of life satisfaction for widowed people with access to a supportive community being another important building block for resilience and post-traumatic growth. (link to Carrie’s paper) The resources below were designed specifically for widowed people as part of the Soaring Spirits Resilience Center’s goal of utilizing our research to create practical tools made easily accessible for anyone who is widowed as well as for their families, friends and support networks.
There are two types of downloadable/shareable content available through the Soaring Spirits Resilience Center.
